An Internet Calendar Subscription is a calendar that you download and view in Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal or Google Calendar for instance. However, unlike a Calendar Snapshot, Internet Calendar Subscriptions are updated automatically.
In recent versions of these software, clicking a link is normally sufficient to subscribe to the corresponding calendar. Links to an Internet Calendar Subscription typically start with webdav:// whereas links to a Calendar Snapshot start with http:// instead.

The Internet Calendar opens in side-by-side view in the Outlook Calendar and is added to the Navigation Pane in Calendar view under Other Calendars. The calendar will check periodically for any updates made by the calendar publisher. Read more.
